Istanbul atrocity – Prime Minister Orbán sends letter of condolence

Bertalan Havasi, Head of the Prime Minister’s Press Office, has informed miniszterelnok.hu that “In a letter of condolence to Prime Minister of Turkey Binali Yildirim, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán conveyed his sympathies to the families of the victims of the Istanbul terrorist attack, and wished a speedy recovery to those who were injured”.

“In Hungary, we greatly appreciate the fact that Turkey and the Turkish people are playing an active role in the fight against international terrorism. This inhuman attack reinforces my government’s commitment to act against terrorism and to support Turkey’s efforts”, Mr. Orbán wrote in the letter.
