Prime Minister Viktor Orbán convened national security operational group

On Thursday morning for 10.30 a.m., due to the military operations in Ukraine, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán convened the national security operational group for a meeting in the Carmelite Monastery, Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

The meeting will be attended by Defence Minister Tibor Benkő, Deputy Prime Ministers Sándor Pintér and Mihály Varga, Gergely Gulyás, the Minister heading the Prime Minister’s Office, Antal Rogán, the Prime Minister’s cabinet chief, Commander of the Hungarian Defence Forces Romulusz Ruszin-Szendi, State Secretary for National Information József Kovács, and the heads of the national security services, the press chief said.
