Prime Minister Viktor Orbán viewed production of face masks in Sátoraljaújhely prison

On Saturday, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán paid a visit to the Sátoraljaújhely High Security Prison and Penal Institution where prisoners are making face masks necessary for the containment of the coronavirus epidemic.

The video message posted on Facebook shows as the Prime Minister – arriving unannounced – is received in the penal institution where before entering his body temperature was checked. The Prime Minister was then informed that the face mask production line which is in operation around the clock came from China.

The Prime Minister was shown around the workshop, and was told that the production line was capable of manufacturing 2.8 million face masks a month.

Upon leaving, Mr Orbán took a mask with him.
